P90X Remix Classes
Love to work out with friends and have fun while burning calories, without costly gym memberships or commitment!?!? No commitment to show up every week, but the more you do, the better shape you’ll be in!
What is a typical class like? Our experienced, professional fitness trainers have created a unique total body workout, using exercises from the popular P90X program, and “remixing” it with strength, flexibility and core work. It gives you a unique workout in every class!!
Why this program? This workout is for all Fitness Levels – from beginners to advanced – we have plenty of options and modifications. Come check us out!!

Foam Rolling Classes
What is foam rolling you ask?
This is also known by a more technical term called Self-Myofascial Release. These techniques are done on a simple piece of foam and can improve flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries. In a nutshell, you use your own body weight to roll on the round foam roll, massaging away restrictions to normal soft-tissue extensibility, which helps in maximizing your recovery time.
Here are the benefits of Foam Rolling:
- Corrects muscle imbalances
- Improves joint range of motion
- Relieves muscle soreness and joint stress
- Decreases neuromuscular hypertonicity
- Increases extensibility of musculotendinous junction
